Papers Invited for ASTM International’s Plastic Piping Symposium

ASTM International announced a call for papers for its Symposium on Sustainability and Resilience of Plastic Piping Systems, to be held Apr. 8, 2024, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The event is sponsored by ASTM International’s plastic piping systems committee (F17) and will be held in conjunction with the committee’s standards development meetings.

This symposium will be a forum for the discussion of sustainability and resilience as they relate to the plastic piping products industry.

Topics for this symposium include, but are not limited to:

  • Sustainability
  • Resilience
  • Recycling Materials
  • Test Methods
  • Engineering
  • Case Studies
  • New Technology

To participate in the symposium, authors must submit a 250 to 300-word preliminary abstract using the online Abstract Submission Portal no later than Jan. 19, 2024. To ensure your abstract was received into the ASTM database, please email symposia@astm.org and let us know that you have submitted an abstract.
