Tessa F. Stillman, senior manager, standards and technical services, with Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF), in Princeton, New Jersey, USA, has received the Distinguished Service Award from ASTM International Committee on Metal Powders and Metal Powder Products (B09).

A member of ASTM International since 2003, Stillman was recognized for her many years of distinguished service to the committee, notably as the MPIF liaison. MPIF is the trade association that represents the interests of the metal powder producing and consuming industries.

Stillman has also served in a variety of management and administrative positions with MPIF since 1973.
