ASTM has been a longtime sponsor of the contest, in which West Conshohocken children create T-shirt designs as part of the Mackenzie Park summer camp program. First-place winners have their design imprinted on the t-shirts for their age group and receive a monetary award; second-place winners receive monetary prizes; and all campers receive a participation prize for submitting a design.

This year, in addition to the T-shirt contest, ASTM sponsored field trips to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, Pa., and Adventure Aquarium in Camden, N.J., for the West Conshohocken summer campers.
