Conshohocken Library, Conshohocken Catholic School CYO Benefit from ASTM International Donations

The Conshohocken Free Library recently received a donation of $3,000 from ASTM International. These funds were used to further enhance the library’s collection of materials for middle school and high school students, as well as for shelving units for collections of serial books in the children’s section. ASTM International has been a major supporter of the Conshohocken Free Library, having donated computers, reference works and other materials in recent years. Shown from left to right: Jane Leven, Branch Manager, Conshohocken Free Library; Brian Coll, President, Conshohocken Library Board of Directors; and John Pace, Vice President, Publications and Marketing, ASTM International.

ASTM International has also made a monetary donation to the Conshohocken Catholic School Catholic Youth Organization program. CYO gives students the opportunity to come together through sports and to learn about their faith. ASTM’s $1,000 donation will help to pay for gym time, court time for games and new uniforms, among other expenses. Shown in the photo are (left to right): Teresa Cendrowska, Vice President, Global Cooperation, ASTM International; students Brian White, Collin Giongo, Stephen Kovacic, Chantel Fattore and Kristina Kissling; Carol Beausoleil, Vice President, Conshohocken Catholic School CYO; and student Allison Horgan. The students are wearing team shirts from the baseball or softball CYO teams on which they play.
