ASTM International Supports Fashion Fundraiser and Summer Fun at The Fellowship House of Conshohocken

ASTM International has made a $9,000 donation to the Fellowship House of Conshohocken. This donation will be used for the Summer Playground Program at the Fellowship House. The program includes a six-week summer camp for children ages 6-11, a co-ed basketball league for children ages 6-16 and other educational and recreational activities.

Daily activities for children in the program can include sports, games and arts and crafts. Children can move independently from activity to activity in a supervised setting. In addition, children can participate in field trips to local attractions such as the Franklin Institute and Riverbend Environmental Education Center.

Included in the ASTM donation was $1,000 that was used to support the Fellowship House Spring Fashion Show, a major fundraiser held on April 22.

The mission of the Fellowship House, founded in 1949, is to provide recreational and educational opportunities for citizens of Conshohocken and surrounding areas.

Darlene Hildebrand, Executive Director, The Fellowship House of Conshohocken, and Ken Pearson, Senior Vice President, ASTM International, pose in the recreation room at the Fellowship House. ASTM’s donation included $8,000 toward the summer program and a $1,000 donation in support of the annual fashion show fundraiser at the Fellowship House.
