ASTM International Subcommittee G01.10 on Corrosion in Soils will be conducting two round robin testing procedures on Tuesday, November 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during ASTM meetings in Atlanta, Ga. One round robin will be for the development of a new standard test method to measure the oxidation-reduction potential (redox) of soils, while the other will address precision and bias for the 4-electrode soil box resistivity measurement in G 57 Standard Test Method for Field Measurement of Soil Resistivity Using the Wenner Four-Electrode Method. Procedures, test equipment and soil samples will be provided.

Anyone interested in these round robins is welcome and their participation would be greatly appreciated. Subcommittee G01.10 is under the jurisdiction of ASTM International Committee G01 on Corrosion of Metals.
