Sarkis Aroyan, director of cooling systems division with the Dober Group in Woodridge, Illinois, USA, was honored with the Daniel H. Green Award by ASTM International’s committee on engine coolants (D15).  

Aroyan, an ASTM International member since 2006, was recognized for his many years of outstanding service and active participation in the committee. 

Aroyan has served in his current position since 2014, having previously served as a senior international sales manager, power fleet division-territory manager, and product specialist all with Penray. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Iowa. 

In addition to ASTM International, Aroyan is a member of the National Oil Recyclers Association (NORA), the Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC), and the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA).
